SERVING BERKELEY & THE EAST BAY
Custom Glass Installation & Repair in Berkeley, CA
Berkeley properties range from distinctive older homes to contemporary remodels, apartments and busy commercial spaces. Lafayette Glass Company provides custom glass and window services that can be adapted to the dimensions, design and requirements of each individual project.
Our team has served Bay Area customers since 1975. We install custom frameless shower enclosures, new and replacement windows, mirrors, wardrobe doors, glass shelving, sliding patio doors and specialty glass for residential and commercial applications.
Because custom projects often involve openings and spaces that don’t conform to standard dimensions, accurate measuring is an important part of our work. We can help determine the appropriate glass, layout and installation approach for your Berkeley property and carry the project through to professional installation.

Frameless Shower Glass Installation in Berkeley
Bathroom renovations often put significant attention into tile, stone and fixtures. Frameless shower glass helps keep those details visible while providing the functional enclosure the shower needs.
We measure Berkeley shower openings individually and install custom glass doors, panels and enclosures based on the dimensions and layout of the bathroom. Glass and hardware options are available to coordinate the enclosure with your remodel or existing finishes.
Berkeley Window Installation & Glass Repair
Berkeley’s housing stock includes many older properties where window needs can range from replacing a single damaged pane to upgrading an entire window. We provide both window glass replacement and complete window installation.
Our services include broken glass, failed or fogged dual-pane units, replacement windows and energy-efficient options. We can evaluate the existing window and help you determine how extensive the replacement needs to be.
Custom Glass Tabletops & Shelving in Berkeley
Custom-cut glass provides a practical solution when standard sizes don’t fit a table, desk, shelf or interior space. We create glass to match the dimensions of the individual application.
Lafayette Glass Company provides Berkeley customers with custom tabletops, desktop glass, glass shelving, bar shelving and replacement glass. We can also assist with measuring and professional installation when required.
