SERVING PIEDMONT & THE EAST BAY
Custom Glass Installation for Piedmont Homes
The right glass installation should complement the home rather than look like an afterthought. Lafayette Glass Company provides custom glass and window services for Piedmont homeowners, with each project measured and planned around the existing architecture and interior design.
We’ve served Bay Area customers since 1975 and work on everything from individual bathroom upgrades to larger remodeling projects. Our services include frameless shower enclosures, window installation and repair, custom mirrors, wardrobe doors, glass shelving, patio doors and glass wine cellar enclosures.
Piedmont’s combination of established architecture and extensively remodeled homes makes custom measuring particularly valuable. Our team can help determine the right configuration and glass for the space, then professionally install the finished product with careful attention to fit and appearance.

Custom Frameless Shower Glass in Piedmont
A well-designed frameless enclosure allows the shower to become part of the bathroom rather than visually separating it behind heavy framing. It’s particularly effective in remodeled bathrooms featuring custom tile, stone and carefully selected fixtures.
We professionally measure each Piedmont shower and can design glass around a variety of openings and layouts. Options range from individual doors and fixed panels to larger custom enclosures with coordinated hardware.
Window Installation & Repair in Piedmont
Older homes can present window needs that aren’t always solved by simply installing a standard replacement. Depending on the existing window, replacing damaged glass may be appropriate, while other projects benefit from complete window replacement.
Lafayette Glass Company provides Piedmont homeowners with window glass repair, fogged dual-pane replacement, new windows and professional full-frame and retrofit installation.
Custom Glass Wine Cellars in Piedmont
A custom glass enclosure can make a wine collection a visible architectural feature within the home. Wine cellar glass can be incorporated into dedicated rooms, wall displays, closets and other spaces depending on the layout of the property.
We provide framed and frameless glass options and can incorporate insulated glass where appropriate for climate-controlled wine storage. Each enclosure is professionally measured and designed around the available space.
